For IOM (UN Migration), we designed the Operational Guidelines for Businesses on Remediation of Migrant Worker Grievances—an 84-page interactive digital resource guiding companies through fair, effective grievance-remediation systems. Built for screen in landscape format, it uses a persistent tabbed navigation bar, sidebar step-menus and a custom icon set to carry the reader through each stage of the process, with key-practice callouts and ready-to-use tool templates and checklists. The result turns dense labour-rights guidance into a structured, navigable and genuinely usable resource for business audiences.
